Taste it

Name ... ? yoghurt sandwich pocket? Reminds me of ... an undercooked toastie made by a 3 year old Colour ... white on the outisde, creamy white and purple inside Smells like ... yeasty jam Mouthfeel ... like eating PVA glue in primary school Tastes better than ... a cream and jam filled meat pie Would rather eat ... it toasted! Passing ... just don't know when your supposed to eat it!

quiet nights at home hanging out and reading and learning

Grateful today i am...
cooler breezes
lots of rain over the past few days for lovely plants
green smoothie for brekky and that ace loves them too!
feeling clearer in the head and it being day 4
being able to open up about whats in my head to clear some of the clouds
hanging with ace and trying some turkish food last night in shinjuku
a day to study
making plans for a beach holiday decisions decisions.....ahah

Well i can't even believe that it has been a month already!!
Hoop boot camp for me has been good. As for my goals well i didn't strictly stick to them all but had a poster on the wall for daily glittery rewards for achieving each day and it is pretty sparkly tho not as much as i think it should be!
My hooping has changed and my body has turned a small corner which is awesome but i defo need to learn how to hoopdance as i still remain clumsy! but i think green smoothies are here to stay bonus!
I have definately discovered more things about myself the way i am inward and outward and have a new path of self motivation and change... i hope to keep up the boot camp results!!

so thanks dd and fellow hoop boot campers for all the tidpits and inspiration

Well its the last day of boot camp but i like remembering my gratitudes so today (and for past few days) i am grateful for...
hoop boot camp! its been a pretty cool support from the land of hoops
oh the rain today was amazing i was soaked from toes to the top of my head! umbrellas don't work
wearing flip flops and slopping through puddles
smoothies its fun to experiment
homemade meals i love my kitchen
finding new spices
fun friends and a new restaurant with funny phallic things on the walls which leads to the next one...
living in tokyo and discovering new and wonderful things each day!
new music
old favourite bands touring japan from oz go the gurg can't wait to see them!
good sleeps after bad ones
expressing myself on the net/blog its pretty scary sharing but am getting to like how you let go a bit each time!

Everyday and today i am grateful for...
my funny ace! he makes me laugh and keeps me silly
our first family visitors from os! so cool to show peeps our tokyo
remembering that tokyo is well fun and pretty knarly place to live
hooping!
boot camp and the discovery of green smoothies they are pretty amazing and make me feel good thanks so much d!
taking a day off and staying at home! sometimes the solitude is just what i want and need!
other tokyo hoopers as they are inspiration esp when i can't do new tricks! just keep on trying and i will get there!
and of course hooppath! i really love their approach so soothing and calming

a happy sunday with some fun indo friends dancing in the hot sun
great night's sleep
a hot tokyo day with wonderful blue as blue skies
my bicycle - it makes me feel happy hooning around tokyo with the breeze in my hair
lunch with ace
friends who let you be silly - i just need to see more of them
the hoop path and its meditation
a patient and loving "ace" husband
and bootcamp - i don't like peaches they are too furry and icky to touch but i purchased some today to make d's green smoothie - i hope i don't freak out! looking forward to the smoothie tho thanks d

Hey D! thanks for little send of hoopy happiness and healing!
Am feeling on the mend physically and have picked up my hoop again this morning - its been a few days!
Well enough of the crappyness and today i am grateful for...
the sun waking me up this morning poking through my curtains
saturday - ace gets the weekend off and we can hangout - tokyo is a lonely place during the week
going to the beach for a swim
sweet sweet watermelon
my internet connection staying connected
its summer time - i hope it never ends!

Today i am very grateful for...
a safe and fun wend with live music and lots of dancing
being able to laugh at myself
emails from mum and besty - so nice to be thought of
the pouring rain it has made me feel great today
and as with d some pottering around the house rearranging stuff (and cleaning!) with some happy beats!
and fresh veggies to munch on

today i am grateful for...
thunderstorms - i love them even tho they really scare me!
watching tattoo shows and getting inspiration for some new work!
hooping and feeling more balanced hooping the other way
trying to hoop dance - my "dancing" makes me laugh
good sleeps
my tomato plants for sticking with me and not karking it in the warm weather - they are tasty too
music music and more music today at a festival!
thank you for boot camp too! i am grateful everyday for it!

happy friday!
today is great and a very grateful day! today i am grateful for...
skipping class and dossing with my husband - and not feeling guilty stolen moments are the best
a great night out spending time with new friends, meeting new peeps and seeing some sparkles in the sky
meeting deanne and hooplovers my life has changed - such inspiration
sticking to boot camp and hooping better
feeling a bit more girly
the love of my life

Another cool day at hoop boot camp! Today i am grateful for
a great night's sleep
hooping up a sweat and not wanting to put my hoop down
munching on some crunchy lettuce and salad sangar
my new japanese vocab for the day
hoop path and mr baxter - very cool
my first blindfolded hooping - feels pretty cool, but a little dizzy
not being shoved too much on the metro this morning
and being able to wear flipflops everyday and not get my toes squashed
fresh oranges

GOALS....

I am a newcomer to spinning and am loving it and here are my goals for the 30 day Hoop Boot Camp.....

! overall develop my self confidence and ultimately put together a little routine and hoop in front of people without blushing and running to hide, am way too shy
! love to learn, and be great at, about four new tricks
! hoop in the opposite direction with no problems and one new trick in that direction
! hoop everyday day, no exceptions, for 30 minutes minimum enjoying the feeling and movement and staying in the now
! ride my pushbike everywhere
! have jotted down my measurements and to shift 3-4cms
! weightloss - will be happy with anything as a kickstart but 5kgs
! decrease alcohol intake
! and mainly to just get better at my hooping and have a laugh and some fun
